Is there any hidden costs while keeping my account up and running?

No, there is no any hidden costs, you just pay the price you see. Pricing is based on number of modules being purchased plus number of users (not number of customers/contacts or leads).

How many customers/leads i can add to my account?

You can add any number of contacts/leads while enjoying using your CRM system account.

Is this system targeting B2B or B2C businesses?

STS CRM is customized based on your business type and industry. Among such industries and businesses are: industrial, manufacturing, retail, engineering, service based businesses and more.

Will i pay extra fees if i requested extra customization?

It is not recommended at all to customize your CRM system account, as CRM system comes with very effective set of tools and options to ensure best functionality. Just to answer our question, yes, you will pay extra fees in case you asked for customizing CRM system.

Are there any extra fees for email sending used by Email Marketing Campaigns Module?

Number of email quote is limited to number of users already purchased. Email sending is limited to maximum number per day. You can ask for increasing daily email limit for extra fees.

Will i pay for SMS messages sent by CRM system?

You have to purchase SMS package to use SMS sending feature. Packages are available at different rates and quotes.

Can i integrate my CRM account with my own website, online ads and social media accounts?
